i dont know what ur all smoking but ZODIAC SWORD FTW, i mean how can u not love the awesome glowing texture, (which dyes pretty well), its better then the fugly crystalline (which looks like a giant butchers cleaver) and the plain gothic sword

It's funny...A lot of the swords posted on here as favorites I never see used by other players...Wingblades and Longswords appear to be huge favs, but I have rarely seen another PvEr use them. Weird?

Absolute Favorite: The Flamberge (Although, you have to have the biggest model male warrior, otherwise the sword looks too big.)

Sword models I sorta like:

Plagueborn
Broadsword
Jade Sword

And if you have a very very small female character, the Fellblade looks good too, just because it's so freaking huge that it's funny.

I was originally going to use a shinobi blade for my warrior too when factions first came out. But then I found a white one and equiped it and found out how short and so very small the blade looked in proportion to my warrior, who, as I mentioned above, was created with the biggest possible model so that he'd not look out of proportion with the flamberge. I wish they had made the shinobi blades a little bit bigger, then it would be on my favorites list too.

By the way Blazing, what dye combo did you use for your armor? It looks good.

A simple combo dye... i used the jade mix (green + blue + blue) but it worked out too strong so i tryed blue + green ony & here it is...

Have to say my favorites are the broadsword and jitte via factions. Then again I use monk primarily and those look good on them I think. The flamberge, gothic sword and GPB look great too.

2: Longsword

4: Crenellated
5: Pre Searing Longsword w/ Crystalline Skin

1 is just the most underated sword ever, it's simple, it dyes superbly and I have a req 8 15^50 one on my warrior

2 is a claymore, not a longsword, but that doesnt stop it lookin good.

3 I like, because it's one of those understated weapons which is well proportioned and nice and cheap too ;-)

4 Is easily the best of the big swords - I'd love a perfect one with barbed and defence mods on it

5 is the ultimate farming sword, no question about it. Crystalline skin looks good too, but I'd prefer a metal sword in that sort of wing-like shape. Anyone who's played Dark Chronicle/Dark Cloud 2 and had the Griffin Hook, something like that, maybe...

seriously do people like the look of crystalines or is it just because they are rare ? in my view they are really ugly
